The West Sussex Primary Care Trust's Fit for the Future public consultation has now closed after 20 weeks.

The support for the KWASH campaign, not just over that consultation period, but over the last 18-months has been huge and impressive.

On the morning of 14 November 2007, the close of the consultation, campaigners marched on the PCT headquarters to hand over the final KWASH petition and the official response to consultation.

However, just because the consultation has closed it does not mean that the battle to stop the downgrading of Worthing and Southlands Hospitals.
